The term kickboxing often conjures up visions of bruises and a bloody nose, and that may be a fair assessment because kickboxing is a true full contact sport. In fact Kitchener Kicks has been the home of several national and international title holders over the years.

But, did you know that kickboxing can be one of the best ways to attain a maximum level of physical fitness, even without sparring.

Those who choose to train in our cardio kickboxing program have options and it isn't necessary to participate in sparring.  Our qualified instructors will push you to your personal limit while teaching you a solid foundation of punching and kicking techniques.
